Can you please login, at top right of your name is "Edit Profile"
Change the setting in there "Display name publicly as" with a drop down box.

The site is reading the name not username (even though it's been changed) trying to fix the bug.

I can't find that dropdown list at all. I'll keep looking, though.

All fixed now, you should be able to see it now... was a plugin causing the issues

I have also changed a few settings so logs in properly and have access to profile,
